Refugee and Orphaned Children Support

In Northern Uganda, ICT Partner – the St. Josephine’s Children’s Home in Pabbo – works with South Sudanese refugee children who have fled the conflict in South Sudan, and with orphaned children from within Uganda.

The Home provides safety and security for vulnerable children, good nutrition and medical care, and supports their education in local schools.

The Home also plants its own food, and the children help with cultivation and harvest.

ICT has supported the installation of a bore hole and solar-pump so the children have fresh clean water on the premises for drinking, washing, cooking, irrigation for cultivation and animal feeding.
