Who We Are
The work of the International Children’s Trust is guided by a Council of Management, known as Trustees, and supported by a dedicated executive team. With combined experience in charity leadership, faith communities, law, digital innovation, finance, architecture, photography, and international development, they unite through a shared commitment to helping vulnerable children reach their potential.
The Trustees
Our Trustees bring a broad range of experience and a deep commitment to child welfare, community action, and responsible leadership.
Kenneth Holmes
Ken is a long-standing activist in child and youth welfare and development. He has been an active member of the YMCA of England and Wales and served for many years on the Y Care International Board of Management.
Among the many charitable roles he holds are international Rotarian, member of the Rotary Club of Coventry, and member of the Methodist Church.
An architect by training, Ken has run his own company in Coventry for many years.
The Reverend Father Moses Pitya David
Fr. Moses is a Catholic Priest in the Archdiocese of Birmingham and Parish Priest of St Elizabeth’s Catholic Church in Coventry.
Originally from South Sudan, he has consistently championed the protection of children as a fundamental principle.
He has played an instrumental role in helping children from war-torn South Sudan reach safety in northern Uganda, where he supports access to shelter, nutrition, medical care, protection, and education.
Ro Goodger
Ro Goodger is a Barrister, having been called to the Bar in 2020, and is a commercial lawyer.
In her role as Trustee of International Children’s Trust, she advises the Trustee Council of Management on policy matters.
She has also been a charity fundraiser for a number of years and has taken part in several fundraising events to support vulnerable children.
Kevin Vaughan
Kevin is an experienced IT Manager and a professional photographer who runs his own company.
He is a tireless campaigner for the underprivileged and has championed ICT’s work through his church, the Rotary Club of Coventry, and the Birmingham Justice and Peace Commission.
He has been a strong advocate for our work in northern Uganda with refugee children from South Sudan.
Aydin Fevzi Ozcekic
Aydin is a start-up professional in the field of AI and digital innovation. He is passionate about the intersection of AI and data and brings more than 15 years of project management experience to International Children’s Trust.
He has worked across several industries, including construction, automotive, and banking.
As a Trustee, he supports ICT’s online presence.
Executive Team
Our executive team provides operational, programme, and financial leadership to support ICT’s mission and partnerships.
Alison Sanderson
Alison Sanderson is an international development professional with a strong track record in programme evaluation and management.
After eight years as a freelance consultant, Alison returned to International Children’s Trust to provide operational support and strategic advice.
Jeremy Richards
Jeremy is a finance professional and runs his own company in Coventry.
He oversees the management accounts and annual financial statements for International Children’s Trust.
